Its character is very idealistic. Most of its proceedings are meant good, however, they mostly don't pack out very well. It tries to help refugeeballs from the Middle East and Africa, being good for the environment, and give economic support to poor countryballs. When it fails in one of these things, other countries see it as a failed creation. But besides this nice and lovely EUball, it also has a dark side- because it is seen by many as the reincarnation of File:Reichtangle-icon.png Reichtangle, it is believed to be obsessed with Anschluss because it is already a rich, the fourth reich. When in Anschluss mode (aka federalized), it turns into a tall, slender rectangle with small white dots for eyes like Reichtangle and at this point it is either called the Fourth Reich or the Merkelreich (named after Angela Merkel, former technocratic scientist and former Chancellor of File:Germany-icon.png Germanyball who is often considered to be the de facto leader of the Eurozone, to the point that it spawned a memetic map known as Merkelreich). When this happens, it doesn't even need a military to scare the other countries.

After that, you will try to complete your objectives by conquering territories and mastering diplomacies. In Countryball: Europe 1890 you can declare war, send ally requests, puppet weakened countries, remove your allies/puppets and even annex your puppet states! You have all the freedom to choose your allies and enemies. Try to have strong allies on your side because there will be battles that you will have to fight against multiple enemies. Before each battle, you have the option to call your allies and puppets to make them join the battle on your side. While allies sometimes accept your call, your puppet states on the other hand always accept your battle calls.To defeat your enemies in battles, you have to be a strong country. To do that, you should play minigames or you should increase your stats (attack, defense, health, and mana) manually by using star points. To earn star points you should simply win battles. Also, you should buy strong cards from the shop. Each card has different combat effects. You play those cards by simply dragging & dropping on the countryball during combat. Note that all weapons are considered as cards!In Countryball: Europe 1890, your simple task is to complete the objectives by defeating your enemies. By completing campaigns you get new countryballs to your collection. Note that all 50+ countryballs are available to play. The only thing you need is to find them! Reichtangle, also known as Fourth Reichtangle, or sometimes as German Empiretangle, is the main antagonist of Polandball web comics and cartoons. It usually represents the future/fourth dimension version of Germanyball, but is sometimes mistaken for German Empire (or represents them both). In most of its appearances, it is shown seeking to conquer and destroy Poland and/or other countryballs.

He is a mysterious and unpredictable entity. Its actual intentions are unknown. It is usually shown as sadistic and aggressive. Some works depict it as a bloodthirsty berserk version of Germany that seeks to destroy every single country standing in its way, while in others, it just tries to befriend Poland but does it the wrong way. It also seems to like hanging out with Omsk Bird. It spreads influence on other countryballs, as the may also sometimes change into a tangle, with the most often being the EU (Merkelreich) or the Russian Empire (Rustangle). But despite this, he is a patriot, serving his country.
