  • To apply for a new leave request, tap on the plus icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. Then tap on "Submit" to send your request to your manager for approval.

  • To view and manage your attendance, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner of the home screen and then tap on "Attendance". You will see a calendar where you can see your attendance status for each day, such as present, absent, late, etc. You can also switch between different views, such as month, week, or day by tapping on the icons on the top right corner of the screen.



  • To clock in and out, tap on the clock icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. You will see a screen where you can enter your location and remarks if needed. Then tap on "Clock In" or "Clock Out" to record your time.



  • To request for overtime or shift change, tap on the plus icon on the bottom right corner of the screen. You will see a form where you can select the type of request, such as overtime or shift change, enter the date and time, and add a reason or attachment if needed. Then tap on "Submit" to send your request to your manager for approval.



  • To approve or reject an overtime or shift change request from your subordinate, tap on the request and then tap on "Approve" or "Reject". You can also add a comment or attachment if needed. Then tap on "Submit" to send your decision to your subordinate.

  • To view an appraisal, tap on it and then tap on "View". You will see a screen where you can see the details of your appraisal, such as period, rating, comment, etc. You can also submit your self-evaluation by tapping on the submit icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.



  • To view a training course or a certificate, tap on it and then tap on "View". You will see a screen where you can see the details of your training course or certificate, such as title, description, duration, status, score, etc. You can also start or resume your training course by tapping on the play icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
